Alina Lipowicz-Budzyńska is an architect, artist, and glass designer, specializing in glass in architecture, art glass, and glass energy-saving systems. From 2021-2023, she led the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, organizing events like Laboratorio di Venezia and the Festival of Architecture in Bydgoszcz. During her Ph.D., she interned at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Wroclaw and the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich. She authored numerous articles and is a member of Il Baglio in Sicily. Alina ran her own architectural office, designed housing and public projects, and collaborated with art glass companies in Germany and Italy.

Leading innovative research in glass tempering, the project focused on developing a method to fix glass enamels.
