With 8 years of extensive experience in youth development, I have served as the Director of the Youth Personality Development Directorate at SNNPR. My roles at SNNPRβs Youth and Sport Bureau and Women, Children, and Youth Bureau involved coordinating UNFPA-assisted programs, providing technical support, improving youth centers, and organizing various training and networking events. Additionally, I facilitated sports events, managed sports facilities, and mobilized community resources at SNNPRβs Bureau of Youth and Children. My expertise also extends to monitoring and evaluation in transport and road projects, and human resource management in security and administration. πππ₯π
