Attualmente insegna Sociologia dei Media presso Universitas Mercatorum, Università di Macerata e Università della Tuscia. Ha ottenuto l’Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale come Professore di Seconda Fascia. È stato consulente della Commissione Segre e ha insegnato in prestigiose università internazionali. 🌟 Starting at Berkuncho Junior School, progressing to Wachamo Comprehensive High School, and then Awassa Teachers Education College, I built a solid educational foundation. 📚 I earned a Diploma in Physics from Hawassa College of Teachers Education and a BA in Business Management from Hawassa University in March 2008. 🎓 I advanced with an MA in Development Management in March 2015 and an MBA from the Institutes of International Church Management in September 2012. 📈 Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Community Development at Hawassa University since 2022, focusing on youth participation in community development. 🌱💼

Experience

With 8 years of extensive experience in youth development, I have served as the Director of the Youth Personality Development Directorate at SNNPR. My roles at SNNPR’s Youth and Sport Bureau and Women, Children, and Youth Bureau involved coordinating UNFPA-assisted programs, providing technical support, improving youth centers, and organizing various training and networking events. Additionally, I facilitated sports events, managed sports facilities, and mobilized community resources at SNNPR’s Bureau of Youth and Children. My expertise also extends to monitoring and evaluation in transport and road projects, and human resource management in security and administration. 🌟📊👥🏅
