He currently in my fifth year at Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, pursuing a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree, which is equivalent to a J.D. 📚. With a CGPA of 5.87/7, I rank 24th out of 141 students in my batch. My honours subjects include Corporate Law and Criminal Law ⚖️. Prior to this, He completed my 12th standard at Delhi Public School, Lucknow, under the CBSE board, achieving 84% in the Humanities stream 🎓. He also completed my 10th standard through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), securing 81.83% 📖.

Experience

During my tenure with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.’s corporate team in March 2023, I conducted extensive research on various legal propositions. This included examining India’s alcohol policies and regulations, particularly concerning startups from Europe seeking licenses for manufacturing and distribution in Delhi, Karnataka, and Maharashtra 🍷. Additionally, I delved into case laws regarding the repatriation of sale proceeds from inherited properties by NRIs/PIOs and the implementation of PMKVY Guidelines 3.0 by NSDC. I also investigated the regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, for NBFCs relocating their registered offices between Delhi and Haryana.

Outside of law, Pragyanshu is a proficient guitarist and ukulele player, demonstrating a well-rounded personality beyond his academic and professional pursuits. Maha Ahmed T. Almarhabi, BSc, RN, MSc, PhDc, is a dedicated academic educator and senior nurse specialist in adult critical care nursing. Currently pursuing her PhD at King’s College London, she’s recognized for her research in trauma and critical care education. With a wealth of practical experience, including bedside nursing and teaching roles at King Abdul Aziz University, she’s also a published author in esteemed nursing journals. Education

Since 2013, I embarked on a journey in nursing, starting with my BSc (Hons) from King Abdul Aziz University in Saudi Arabia. After becoming a Registered Nurse certified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, I pursued further specialization, obtaining an MSc in Advanced Nursing (adult critical care) from the University of Nottingham, UK, in 2018. Now, recognized as a Registered Senior Nurse Specialist in Critical Care Nursing, certified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties in 2021, I continue to expand my expertise. Currently, as a PhD student at King’s College London since October 2019, I’m dedicated to advancing knowledge in nursing 🩺.

Experiences

In 2012-2013, I embarked on a transformative nursing internship year at King Abdul Aziz University Hospital (KAUH), where I honed my clinical skills and compassion. Following this, I dedicated two years to bedside critical care nursing under the Ministry of Health, enriching my expertise in handling critical situations with poise. Transitioning into academia, I assumed the role of a teaching assistant in adult nursing at King Abdul Aziz University from 2016 till present, nurturing the next generation of nurses. Additionally, I extended my teaching endeavors to emergency and critical care postgraduate diploma programs at KAUH in 2019. My passion for education led me to serve as a graduate teaching assistant at King’s College London from 2022-2023 🏥✨.

Awards

The accolades bestowed upon by the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia Cultural Bureau in London have been a testament to academic excellence and dedication. In 2018, recognition was received for achieving distinction in the pursuit of a master’s degree, marking a significant milestone in academic journey 🎓. Subsequently, from 2021 to 2024, consistent contributions to research and publication in esteemed journals were acknowledged, reflecting a commitment to advancing knowledge and scholarship 📚. Moreover, in 2021, the Standards Framework for teaching and learning in education by Advance HE (UK) was attained, demonstrating a commitment to pedagogical excellence 🏅. Dr. Almarhabi’s research focuses on enhancing the competence and effectiveness of intensive care unit (ICU) nurses through in-service education and trauma resuscitation training. Their work delves into understanding the views of clinical stakeholders in Saudi Arabia and explores multiple case studies in trauma care education. Through systematic reviews and meta-analyses, they assess the impact of educational interventions on ICU nurses’ competence, aiming to improve patient outcomes and overall healthcare quality. 🏥 Their dedication to advancing nursing education and practice reflects a commitment to elevating critical care standards in healthcare systems.
