With 8 years of extensive experience in youth development, I have served as the Director of the Youth Personality Development Directorate at SNNPR. My roles at SNNPR’s Youth and Sport Bureau and Women, Children, and Youth Bureau involved coordinating UNFPA-assisted programs, providing technical support, improving youth centers, and organizing various training and networking events. Additionally, I facilitated sports events, managed sports facilities, and mobilized community resources at SNNPR’s Bureau of Youth and Children.
